About the Author

Janet Booth is the founder of Living Well Nurse Coaching. She has been a nurse for over 30 years, working in the areas of hospice/palliative care, wellness, teaching, and coaching. As a Board-certified Nurse Coach, she supports people to make changes towards greater wellbeing in their lives, based on what matters most to them. She enjoys teaching through the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy, the Conscious Dying Institute, and for conferences and workshops around the country.
